The elementary school recognized its first SOAR students of the school year with honorees earning the award for the month of September.
The SOAR award recognizes students who are safe, show ownership, act responsibly and respect others. Students are selected by teachers for the monthly award and receive a certificate and a token for the book vending machine at the Hoag Library.
The SOAR students for September are:
Pre-K: Carter Klips, Jaxson Stanley
Kindergarten: Ella Brown, Gia Hartway, Patrick Westlund, Thomas Bringenberg
1st Grade: Owen Merritt, Isabella Pahura, Nicholas Bloom
2nd Grade: Theodore Vlack, Cora Lusk, Storm Sanders, Anna Gifaldi, Everett Bruning
3rd Grade: Isabella Hafner, Annabelle Leddon
